Well week one on the House repair is “Preparation week” apparently.
Monday—Fencing for around the house was delivered.
Tuesday ---- Rubbish skip was delivered
Wednesday - Container arrived for builder’s storage (In front of garage)
Thursday – Port-a-loo delivered and put right beside letterbox on the front of the street with door facing out!
Friday – the builder’s went through the house marking walls and ceilings and floors with a big black “X” showing they are all being replaced.
Let’s hope things speed up just a tad this week, but it does look pretty impressive from the street.
So you would all be pleased to hear that I have sewing progress. I have completed two stitcheries to make into pillows for our new look lounge, photos by end of week I promise.
I did pop down to Spotlight and was so excited to see they now have some Sarah Fielke fabrics so just had to purchase one or two as one does as they are going to be perfect for a gift I am making which I will post peeks of.
Aren’t they scrummy?
Hugs in stitching, Debs
(p.S) Can you believe it – 2 posts in one week, wahoo!!
